You choose the filter groups your clients need (two, five, however many) and the rule behind each option: structured data like locations, work types and skills, a tag your team drops into a profile (so "Remote" simply means every Talent Profile tagged #Remote), or a keyword found in the profile itself. Writing up candidates is the job nobody gets to.
